Human Controlled Processing
Your financial data is never fed into ChatGPT, Grok, or any other AI model. We only use AI to help generate the logic for queries—not to access or learn from your information. Your data stays inside an isolated environment at all times.
No Retained Data
When you disconnect, we wipe all of your stored data from our system within 48 hours. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s done. We keep only what the law requires—never your actual financial records.
Locked Against Fraud or Tampering
Our connection cannot edit, delete, or create any transactions. Even if someone tried, the system simply doesn't allow it. Your software stays 100% under your control.

All reports, dashboards, and alerts come from that secure environment, ensuring your data never leaves your controlled space.

Encryption
We encrypt your data at every stage—when it’s stored, when it’s being transferred, and when it moves between internal systems. This means even if someone intercepted the data, they wouldn’t be able to read it. Encryption adds a strong layer of protection on top of the isolated environment your data already lives in. It ensures confidentiality even in worst-case scenarios.
Isolation
Every client gets a dedicated cloud resource, meaning your environment is completely separated from every other company we work with. Your data is stored in its own isolated database with its own isolated secrets. There is no multi-tenancy, no shared storage, and no overlap—your information never touches another client’s environment. This dramatically reduces the risk of cross-access or accidental exposure.
Minimal External Exposure
The only external API request we make is for geocoding—converting an address to latitude/longitude. No financial data or sensitive context is ever sent, and third parties do not store or share these lookups. Your data never leaves your isolated environment for any other purpose. This keeps your exposure surface extremely small and tightly controlled.
Secrets Management
Your API keys and access tokens are stored strictly as environment variables, not inside code, files, or repositories. They are never committed to GitHub, VSCode sync, or any external system, which eliminates common leak risks. This approach keeps sensitive credentials locked inside a secure environment. Even during development or updates, your secrets never leave protected storage.
Network Protection
We use a hardened network setup that includes VPN access, strong credential policies, and strict multi-factor authentication. No inbound ports are exposed to the internet, eliminating the most common attack vector used against cloud systems. Access to your environment requires multiple layers of authorization. These controls ensure that only the right person, at the right time, can ever reach your data.
